A timeline of the Weimar Republic is an excellent way of providing pupils with an overview of events. This interactive timeline of the Weimar Republic covers many of the key events and is incredibly user friendly.
There’s not really a lot to say about this Interactive Timeline. It does exactly as it says on the tin. Its interactive and its a timeline… It covers a range of themes over the Weimar period and is more attractive than many timelines that I’ve come across online.
Students could be asked to create their own timeline using this software. It is free, easy to use and presents a good way of recording learning as pupils work their way through the course. This would allow pupils to add images and video links to events – which are lacking in the timeline I’ve linked to – which would be a great way of learners creating their own revision aid over the duration of the course.
